At ease

Let thoughts come and go,

don‘t get tricked and hold on to it.


Once you keep doing it for a while,

at one point you will notice

you will be void from all thoughts,

and emptiness will take over.


Take a deep breath,

smile to yourself

and just enjoy “ease.”
